We all understand that exercise is good, and movement is essential for keeping lymph in motion. Interval training, or short bursts of high energy exertion, is proving effective in clinical trials at controlling cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, diabetes, and insulin sensitivity, and at increasing aerobic capacity, metabolism, and human growth hormone. For 10-15 minutes every 2 or 3 days, consider investigating burst or interval training to your healthy diet to get maximize health.
